If your product is damaged, missing or incorrect then you can initiate a return in ‘My Accounts > Orders > Return/Exchange Tab’ within 7 days. 7 days are counted from the date of completion of order i.e. the delivered date. Please note that, if you fail to initiate it within 7 Days, the Return/Exchange Tab will disappear. Once you initiate the return/exchange request for the product, please submit the reason for return and upload a video (unpacking of the product). Once all the details are submitted it will be subject to verification by The Hamper Exchange’s team. Only after verifying and accepting the request, the return process shall be initiated.

As soon as the return process is initiated, we shall arrange a pick up from the shipping address. Request you to pack the product in the same carton/packet, in which it was shipped, and hand it over to the delivery agent. Please ensure that the product(s) are unused and all the tags, bar codes and invoice slip are intact at the time of return.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and we will either replace your product or give you a coupon of the same value for the same amount (whatever you opt for) which shall be e-mailed to you. 

Important Points

– Orders cannot be cancelled, once they are shipped.

– In case of personalisation on products [Personalised Bath Towels/ Bathrobes having image/logo/initials/name], if any mistake is made by our team then only a replacement can be done and a coupon cannot be given.

– The return policy will be initiated once we receive the reason and the video when you unpack the product.

– The policy is applicable to customers in India only.
